I made a dragon! Whoop! This is a dragon I design for the art prompt :”Dragon”, yeah, pretty open brief.
I decided that since dragons are traditionally ancient beings, I wanted to design my dragon using ancient creatures. The shark and the crocodile have been more or less unchanged for millions of years, so they were natural choices. I made the torso long because I really like Chinese dragons. This is probably one of my favourite designs I have ever made, and I really hope you’ll like it too! ❤ This is a creature I will endeavour to fit into my story line for the comic I am currently working on.

So! I went to the premiere of the last HObbit film and it was AMAZING! The end was perfect and though I do not like the added Legolas and Tauriel, I think Peter manage to tie the ends in beautifully…more or less since we never see Tauriel in LOTR… I just thought I’d share a pic of my dwarf costume…or part of it at least before I went to the cinema, and a drawing I did last night when reality called and said I had to go to work today 😦 After living blissfully in Middle Earth for a week submerging myself into the former Hobbit films and listening to the soundtrack non-stop, it is VERY hard to accept that I live in THIS Middle Earth -_-” We humans really made a mess of things after the Elves left. </3
My face when reality calls D:
Dwarf Costume! Sorry about rubbish quality… #dwarfie
Did any of you go to the premiere? I’d love to see your costumes or The Hobbit fan-art!
Day 15: Drawing Challenge: Family Photo
Not my best work…I have sweaty palms so I keep SMUDGING everything when I draw more than one person on a piece of paper. Not super happy, but it’s okay. (my cat is a disaster in this picture XD I gave up, I was so sick of this drawing after 6 hours)
